I started searching for self-portraits for other people, to give us some ideas, for how we are going to shoot the pictures for the students. looking at different examples to get inspired..
For example:
*full body shoot
*focus on the face and shoulders
*expressions
*interacting
*acting a word or a theme
*create a scene with the students
*b&w
*Polaroid effects
*etc

Finalizing Our Theme

At one point we were thinking of having three different themes represented in the Yearbook, each one with its separate mood. But then we realized that once we start dealing with Directions and Angles, It might be a little difficult for people to identify what's what since they're pretty close to each other in terms of definitions.

Eventually, with the help from some professors we agreed on Echoes being our main theme:
-Echo with a direction..
-Echo with angles..
